Campus Information Services

With a single account and password network account service, you can access various information service systems seamlessly. The system also provides a “Change Password” function, allowing you to maintain your personal account password online through a single interface.

The currently provided information service systems include:

  • Teacher Information: Provides information related to teaching evaluation, grade system, mentor guidance, course input and upload, and more.
  • Campus Information System: Encompasses academic administration, student affairs system, general administration, leave management, budget management, and four assessment systems, among others.
  • TronClass: Provides TronClass, a space for teachers and students to learn online.

  • HG G-mail Service:Provides Google G-mail for faculty and staff.
  • Student Email System: Provides web-based email service with spam filtering mechanism. The webpage and mailbox storage space for students is 500MB. Campus Wireless LAN: Provides information on wireless network service coverage, usage guidelines, and inter-campus roaming.
  • Podcast Mobile Learning System: The term “Podcast” originated from the combination of iPod and Broadcast, coined by Apple. It allows users to watch and listen to content on personal computers and portable audio/video players like iPods, 3G phones, and MP3 players, enabling on-the-go access to music, radio, and video content for learning purposes.
  • VPN (Virtual Private Network): Certain HG websites and service platforms are limited to use within the campus IP range. When faculty, staff, and students need to access them from outside the campus, they must first log in to the VPN platform.
  • Excessive Traffic and Abnormal Traffic List: Ensures the rights of faculty, staff, and students to use the campus network and maintains smooth operation of the network.
  • Information Security and Intellectual Property Rights Advocacy Website: Provides relevant information security and intellectual property rights advocacy and education.
  • Download Forms for Library Services: Provides forms for computer classroom rental, equipment and multimedia device borrowing from the center,computer equipment repair, and more.
  • Regulations and Guidelines: Notices and regulations for the use of information services.
  • Microsoft Licensing Process for Graduating Students: Information on how graduating students can obtain Microsoft licensing ISO and serial numbers.
