[Library Information Services] Announcement: Synchronization of Attendance Taking between “Course Creation System” and “School Administration System” Enabled

Explanation of Attendance Taking Function and Rules in the “Course Creation System” and “School Administration System”:

1. Basis: Based on the directive from the Principal during the “Tutor Meeting for the 111th Academic Year, 1st Semester” held on November 24, 111th year.
2. Activation Date: Officially activated in the 2nd semester of the 111th academic year (February 1, 112th year of the Republic of China).
3. Synchronization Mechanism: The “Course Creation System” adopts time-based attendance taking, and the system will automatically convert it to the corresponding session attendance taking in the “School Administration System,” synchronizing it with the student attendance and absence system.
4. Data Synchronization: The “Course Creation System” synchronizes attendance data after each class session, with the final synchronization taking place at 12:00 midnight.
5. Data Modification: If there is a need to modify attendance data, teachers should proceed to the School Administration Information System for processing (as the Course Creation System is an outsourced system, the Library Information Services cannot modify its operation).
6. Synchronization Method: Only one-way synchronization of attendance taking data from the “Course Creation System” to the “School Administration System.”
